5 Things About Frances That You Probably Don’t Know:

1. She knew what every card in the deck was by the age of 3 and went on to play poker with her family almost every weekend for over 16 years.  She certainly knows when to hold em’.
2. She met the entire group of the Alabama Band at 7 Eleven in Hendersonville, Tennessee at the age of 11.  She was totally amazed by their hair, boots, and huge tour bus parked outside.
3. She secretly did well on her report card in grade school so she could get free tokens for the arcade and extra money for roller skating at Wheelie’s.
4. She grew up in rural Nova Scotia in a place called BeaverBank in “the big brown house on the hill”. Her parents drew up the plans and built the house by hand… She spent Summers down at Barrett lake catching leeches & frogs and Winters sledding on Barret Hill. This house was just up the road from the Trailer Park Boys original filming trailer park “Sunnyvale”.
5. She loves the ocean and was suppose to study to be a Marine Biologist at The University of New Brunswick and then go on to fulfill her dream of scuba diving with Jacque Cousteau but somehow ended up studying Business Administration and Internet Marketing…

Christiane is Owner and Administrator of Virtual Managing Associates. VMA was born from my strong desire to assist new and veteran business owners administer their company more effectively and to success.  Her experience and professional background covers over a decade inside the corporate world as a bilingual Executive Administrative Assistant and Assistant Stockbroker. She considers herself lucky that I she had the chance of learning inside such a vibrant and fast pace environment. Not only did she acquire hands on knowledge, but she also developed a strong sense of association and service for her customers and co-workers.

Ursula Comeau

Ursula has over 14 years of experience in the work force within diverse positions, specializing in the customer care and technical support roles, and loves technology. She has worked in different industries, including hospitality, telecommunications, and most recently in the high-tech industry, where she has also been able to utilize her language skills. Originally from Brazil, Ursula has lived in her country of origin, in the United States, and currently resides in Canada’s National Capital Region. She is fluent in Brazilian-Portuguese, English, and Spanish, and is sensitive to the different cultural needs that are often present in the customer care and support industry. She is also extremely proficient in her primary language, English, and is often dubbed as the “Grammar Queen” in her family and circle of friends.Ursula fully comprehends the importance of providing quality service, and is passionate about using her diverse skills to help people while ensuring customer satisfaction. She prides herself on always going above and beyond the call of duty when providing high-quality service to her clients. Learning how to work with new resources is an on-going effort, with WordPress being her most recent endeavour.

One of Ursula’s creative passions lies in music, including composing and also singing. As an independent songwriter, composer, and performer, she utilizes her home computer as her studio. Her experience in this area has led her to become a self-taught expert in audio recording, editing, and production, as well as introducing her to the world of digital photography, which is a newer passion. Ursula considers herself to be an amateur photographer and is currently learning more about the art of taking photos, as well as working with image editing software to manipulate images. Her newest creative endeavour is web design, using the WordPress publishing platform.
