My name is Frances Palaschuk and I am the real person behind the virtual assistant business UlimateBizAssistant.com and the twitter user @eMarketingVA.
I am a 35 year old Canadian living in Ottawa, Canada (Very Hot in Summer/Extremely Cold in Winter). I live common law (for over 10 years) with my hubby Darryl, he has a 13 year old son, we have a 3 year old daughter and 2 beagles. I have worked full time over the last 15 years in various assistant roles always making proficient use of technology which naturally lead me to the virtual assistance industry.
I have been blogging at ultimatebizassistant.com/blog for almost 2 years and share tips, news, and reviews on social media, blogging, and the virtual assistant industry. I started a community blog for my City the2beagles.com where I blog about things I think are important and not always top of mind for families in Ottawa. I love writing. I have developed several WordPress sites for businesses and bloggers and really enjoy that as well. I am launching a resource blog all about “launching your blog” in the near future. There are so many things vital to the success of a blog and I have spent so much time trying to learn it all that I want to provide people with a resourceful spot for their learning pleasure.

Twitter was probably your portal to this page and I invite you to follow me there @eMarketingVA. I will share with you a bit about what I am capturing in My Google Reader that I find very valuable. I usually take about 1/2 hour each morning to sort through over 2-300 new posts from bloggers, PR, virtual assistants, my clients, teleseminars, etc.. Then, throughout the day I reply to tweets that peak my interest usually around how to do or find something, an opinon, or just to help someone through a struggle. I really enjoy tweeting about the virtual assistance industry!
