Q. How can I trust that my information remains secure?

A. We do not share any information about our clients with third parties. We do not sell, rent, exchange any of your information, ever. We take major precautions to safeguard our business information as well as yours.

Q. How can I trust my confidential information with you?

A. Ultimate Biz Assistant has a strict confidentially contract that is designed to protect your information. Only the essential information to complete each project will be collected. Every time new information is gathered from you we will clearly outline what this information will be used for.

Q.How will I pay you?

A. Currently, all payments are collected through PayPal. Canadian clients have the option to pay via certified cheque or money order.

Q. How and when will I be able to contact you?

A. Once you become a customer of Ultimate Biz Assistant we work with you to arrange a schedule that will work for both of us. We will be available by telephone, email, instant messaging and cellular phone.

Q. How will we exchange files?

A. We use a combination of methods to facilitate the exchange of information. You will not be forced to use any type of technology that you may not feel comfortable with however, if you want to learn it we will assist you every step of the way. We like to use online project management tools, email, fax, FTP, mail and courier.

Q. How are you able to manage multiple clients?

A. Time management, project management, flexibility and prioritizing tasks are our key ingredients for success! By breaking each project into small chunks, grouping similar tasks, scheduling everything and continuously “sharpening the saw” we are able to remain focused and up to date.

Q. How are you able to keep up with industry trends and technology?

A. Networking and sharing information is a key component to being a successful virtual assistant. One resource we use everyday is VANA, Virtual Assistant Networking Association. Having the ability to network with some of the top VAs around the world is so valuable. Each week we are able to participate in seminars and workshops geared specifically towards virtual assisting. We have access to a community forum that is moderated by experts in key areas such as internet marketing, graphic design, blogging, email, Internet, podcasting and the list goes on.
