Either or, I have a burning question about your virtual assistant search habits that I really hope you will answer for me…Do you start your search for a virtual assistant locally? If you do start your search for a virtual assistant locally – why?
The reason I ask is pretty simple…A virtual assistant is just that – virtual.
To me, it really does not matter where my clients or the members of my virtual assistant team are located. In fact, I rarely meet my clients in person.
I live in Ottawa, and I know for a fact that people are actively searching Google for the term “virtual assistant ottawa”. Mainly because I just updated my monthly web analytics report and that search phrase was ranked as popular within my Google Webmaster tools account.
That leads me to believe that someone is actively searching that phrase in Google.
So please, I ask you, if you are a business owner or virtual assistant in Ottawa what are your search strategies when looking to use the services of a virtual assistant?
- Do you type the search phrase directly into Google?
- Do you use a variety of keyword search phrases? If so, what are they?
- Do you even use Google at all? If not, what do you use?
- Do you use social media channels such as Facebook, or Twitter to find a virtual assistant? If so, how do you search through these social networks for a virtual assistant?
