Regulations
- Payments accepted through PayPal. Canadian customers may also pay by certified cheque or money order.
- A 50% deposit is due before work commences for all per project rates.
- All monthly retainer clients will be billed on the 1st of the month for the following month.
- Included with your invoice will be a detailed time sheet as well as details about our special offers, discounts and new services.
- Unused Hours ~ Included with your invoice will be details about any hours that you may not have used up for that billing period. You will have a grace period of no longer than 30 days to use these hours. After this time, the hours will be deemed as “null & void”.
- We offer a referral discount of $75 CND. Each time you refer a new customer to us and that customer meets the following guidelines you will get $75 off your next invoice.
- The customer signs up for one of our service bundles.
- The customer pays their first invoice in full.
