I wanted to share this video tutorial I created all about starting a successful eZine.

The tools I recommend using are Aweber.com to build your list, setup your eZine template, and autoresponders.

I also recommend using a spreadsheet tracking system to manage your entire newsletter process. I use Google Docs for my clients and I, it works really well for online collaboration and sharing.
