In Part I of the “Virtual Assistant Mini Sell” series, I discussed why it’s important to have a mini sell as a virtual assistant and how and where I plan on using my VA Mini Sell. I also determined that the following elements are what I want to consider in the development of my mini sell:

  1. How I can help work out problems. (Part I)
  2. The benefits of my services. (Part II)
  3. My ability to connect on an emotional level.
  4. My devotion and commitment.

So, now I need to figure out the top ways my target clients will benefit by using my VA services. I have already determined that my target clients will be looking for the best ways that they can:Post it’s

  • Automate their businesses.
  • Save money.
  • Save time.
  • Keep on top of their industry.
  • Considering these elements, I must clearly illustrate that my services will indeed deliver these results. So, by keeping that in mind some of the action words that I came up with to reflect these qualities are:

In Part III of this series I will cover, “My ability to connect on an emotional level.”

I will make a list of words that will clearly illustrate my effective communication skills. I will also list how I use active listening, positive word choice and some abilities that I have to act on information in an appropriate manner.

Until then, try to think about what the top benefits that your clients gain by using your VA services ~ make a list.
