Well this time, my tweet that got all the attention was this one: Wondering how you can use the tools & resources from @FCACan? Watch their intro trailer on Youtube http://bit.ly/kZnupn
And guess what happened when I opened the paper and viewed my story? The Youtube video was censored out. The message reads:

So what does this mean? Well, from my experience with video marketing on Youtube it means that somehow you have breached the Youtube Terms of Services.
So, be sure to read the fine print in order to figure out why this issue is arising.
